ICON Plug Valves feature a cavity-free, full-bore design that prevents media buildup, ensuring reliable performance in severe and slurry service. Available in 2-, 3-, and 4-way configurations, they can be manufactured in materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, and duplex to suit demanding environments. Custom sizing to Schedule 40, 80, or 160 piping maintains flow integrity and allows pigging when required. Our partners also manufacture plug valves engineered for zero-leakage performance in both low- and high-temperature operations.

The tapered metal plug seals perfectly against the metal seat within the valve body. Operation is simple—lift the plug slightly, rotate a quarter turn to open, and reverse the motion to close using the unique operating mechanism.
